BaselineZero support cannot see inside your workspace unless you let us. When you do, we can look at what you see and fix things with you.
Switch it on
Go to Settings › Workspace.
Under BaselineZero support, switch on Let BaselineZero support work in this workspace.
Access lasts 30 days, then switches itself off. Switch it off sooner whenever you like, and any support session ends at once.
Every page support views and every change it makes is on your workspace’s record.
What support can do
Work on your onboardings, clients, people, templates and settings, as you would.
What support never does
Change your team, roles or ownership.
Change how your team signs in.
Touch billing.
Connect or disconnect integrations.
Edit your credential records.
Switch its own access back on.
