The owner can delete the workspace and everything in it: clients, people, plans, letters, credentials and members.
Steps
Go to Settings › Workspace.
At the bottom, under Delete this workspace, type the workspace’s name.
Choose Delete this workspace.
What happens
Your subscription is cancelled and billing stops today.
The workspace closes and everyone in it is signed out.
Your clients’ portal links stop working.
After 30 days, its data is removed for good.
Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days and we can restore it. It comes back on Free.
Only the owner sees this option. Download any invoices you need from Settings › Billing first.
Just want to stop paying?
Cancel your subscription in Settings › Billing instead. Your workspace moves to Free at the end of the period, and nothing is deleted.
