You sign in with your work email, your password and a code from your authenticator app. If your workspace uses Microsoft sign-in, Microsoft handles it instead.

Next time, the sign-in page remembers how you signed in and offers to continue as you.

Entering your work email takes you to Microsoft. Sign in there as you normally do.

Choose I forgot my password on the sign-in page and enter your work email. We email you a link. You need your authenticator to use it.

Ask an owner or admin of your workspace to reset it. They do it from your page under Settings › Team, with Reset authenticator.

You get an email with a link to set up a new authenticator. Your password stays the same. The link works for three days.

Too many wrong tries pause sign-in for about fifteen minutes. Each new try restarts the clock, so wait, then try once.

Each code works once. Wait for your app to show the next one.
