Integrations in Debut

What connects to Debut, which plans include it, and who can connect it.

Integrations connect Debut to the tools your team already runs. Owners and admins find them under Settings on the Integrations tab.

What you can connect

The page has four cards. They are PSA, RMM, Documentation and Other. Each card lists the tools for that kind of work.

  • NinjaOne under RMM. Each client is linked to its NinjaOne organization, and its devices show in Debut.

  • Hudu under Documentation. Each client is linked to its Hudu company. Credentials are filed there and rotations are read back.

  • Benji Pays under Other. A client’s contact sets up autopay from their portal.

A tool with a Connect link beside it can be connected now. A tool marked Coming soon cannot be connected yet. To ask for one, choose Request an integration.

You can connect one PSA, one RMM, one documentation tool and one billing platform per workspace.

Microsoft is set up in two other places. Sign in with Microsoft is under Settings on the Sign-in tab. Each member connects their own calendar on their Profile.

Which plans include integrations

Integrations and Microsoft sign-in come with the Practice and Firm plans. On Free, the connect page shows a note that says This is part of Practice. The workspace owner can change the plan under Settings on the Billing tab.

Who can connect

  • Owners and admins connect a tool, check it and disconnect it.

  • Owners, admins and engineers who see every client link a client to its record in a tool. They do this on the client’s Setup tab.

  • Only the workspace owner sets up Microsoft sign-in.

  • Each member connects their own Microsoft calendar.

BaselineZero support never connects anything. When support is working in your workspace, it can look at your integrations. It cannot connect, check, disconnect or relink a tool.

Where keys are kept

Every key or secret you paste is kept in a secure vault, filed under your workspace alone. It is never kept in Debut’s database, and it is never shown again. Your workspace’s place in the vault is ready from the day you sign up.

Checks and the sync log

Debut checks NinjaOne and Hudu on its own every hour. While a linked client is being onboarded, it checks every 15 minutes. Open a connection and choose Check connection to run a check now.

Choose Sync log to see every run, newest first. A failed run keeps its error code.

Disconnecting a tool never deletes what it wrote. Revoke the key or API client in the tool too when you are done with it.
