The desk is your home in Debut. Before your first onboarding it shows two things: a box to describe your first takeover, and four steps under Set the stage.

Each step makes Debut do more for you. None of them is required to start.
Connect your PSA. PSA connections are coming soon.
Connect your RMM. With NinjaOne, each client’s devices are matched to the people who use them.
Connect your vault. Credentials are filed in IT Glue or Hudu, never in Debut.
Brand your client portal. Your logo and colors on every screen your clients see.
A step shows as done once it is connected or your logo is uploaded.
Starter templates
Your workspace comes with starter templates on the right of the desk. A template is the phases and tasks of an onboarding. Open one to see it, and change it to match how your team works.
Start an onboarding
Describe the takeover in a sentence, then choose Draft the plan.
Example: “40-user title company, taking over from Summit IT, 30 days.”
