The people tab of an onboarding lists everyone at the client who needs a session with your team. Each person gets a welcome email with a link to their portal, where they book a time and answer a few questions.
Add people
Open the onboarding and go to People.
Choose Add people.
To add one person, fill in Full name, and their email and department if you have them. Choose Add person.
To add everyone at once, choose A CSV file and then Import people. Download the template shows the columns: Full name, Email and Department.
Only a name is required. A person without an email is on the list, but cannot be sent a welcome.
Send the welcome
Choose Invite everyone not yet invited. Each person with an email gets their welcome. People added later get theirs the same way.
What your clients see
The welcome always carries your workspace’s name. The rest depends on your plan.
Free. Debut’s look. The email comes from a BaselineZero address, the portal is on a baselinezero.io address, and its footer says “Powered by Debut”.
Practice. Your logo and colors. The sending address, the portal address and “Powered by Debut” stay as on Free.
Firm. Fully yours. Send from your own address, put the portal on your own domain, and turn off “Powered by Debut”.
What your client’s people do next
They open the link, answer four short questions, and pick a time on your engineer’s calendar. Their answers show on their row under What they told us.
