The People tab lists everyone at the client. It shows who has booked their session, who is done and who has gone quiet.
Filter and sort

No show missed their session and have not booked again.
Cancelled cancelled their session and have not booked again.

Select Person, Contact, Status or Session to sort. Select it again to reverse. By status, problems come first.

Act on a person
Invite sends their welcome with a portal link. After that it reads Resend.
Invite everyone not yet invited sends every missing welcome at once.
Schedule books a session for them. Once booked it reads Move.
Complete marks them onboarded. Undo takes it back.
No show appears once their session has started. It frees the time and emails them “Sorry we missed you” with a link to pick a new time.
Read only members can look but cannot invite, schedule or mark people. Invitations stop once an onboarding has wrapped or been canceled.
Add people
Select Add people. Add one person by hand, or import a CSV file with Download the template as a guide. Only a name is required, but a person without an email cannot be invited.
The Edit panel
Select Edit on a person’s row.
Change their name, email or department.
Tick The client’s project contact or The client’s billing contact as needed.
Select Save.
The project contact sees the plan and everyone’s progress on their portal, and receives the weekly letters. When adding a person, the box reads This is the client’s billing contact.
When the client is linked to Benji Pays, the project contact and any billing contact see Set up autopay on their portal home.
What they told us
Before booking, each person answers four questions. They give how many work computers they have, their most important app, what is broken today and one wish. Their answers show at the top of their Edit panel.
When the client is linked to NinjaOne, Their computers lists the devices placed with them. Untick one to move it to someone else.
On Practice and Firm, select Summarize the answers in the side panel. AI reads everyone’s answers and lists what is broken, what would really help and the applications that matter, with names.
Reminders and unresponsive
A person who was welcomed but has not booked is emailed again. Owners and admins set this in Settings › Workspace › Reminders.
Remind every sets the gap, from 1 to 14 days. It starts at 3 days.
Up to sets how many reminders, from 1 to 6. It starts at 3.
Nothing is sent between 8 pm and 9 am in your time zone. After the last reminder, Debut stops and marks the person Unresponsive.
When anyone is unresponsive, the People tab says so at the top. A call to the project contact will do more than another email.
