Cancel your subscription

What happens when you cancel, how the workspace moves to Free, and deleting it instead.

Cancelling stops your paid plan at the end of the current period. Nothing more is charged after that. The workspace then moves to Free.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open Settings and choose the Billing tab.

  2. Select Change plan.

  3. Select Cancel subscription. You can also select Switch to Free on the Free plan.

  4. If you like, tell us why under Why are you cancelling? (optional).

  5. Select Cancel the subscription.

To back out, select Keep my plan.

What happens next

  • Your plan keeps running until the end of the period. Until then nothing changes.

  • Billing shows the date your plan ends.

  • After that date nothing more is charged, and the workspace is on Free.

On Free you have one onboarding at a time, three members and no AI. Nothing in the workspace is deleted.

If you cancel during a trial, the plan ends on the trial end date. Nothing is charged.

Change your mind

Until the end date, the Billing tab shows a button to keep your plan, for example Keep Practice. Select it and the plan continues.

After the plan has ended, you can choose a paid plan again from the Billing tab. The 30-day trial is not offered a second time.

Deleting the workspace is different

Cancelling keeps the workspace on Free. Deleting removes it. You do this from Delete this workspace on the Workspace tab in Settings.

  • Billing stops the same day. The subscription is cancelled at once, not at the end of the period.

  • The workspace closes at once and everyone is signed out.

  • Its data is removed 30 days later. Until then, BaselineZero support can restore it.

Only the workspace owner can cancel the subscription or delete the workspace.
