Your clients

Find any client on the Clients list and read where each onboarding stands.

Clients lists every onboarding your workspace has run. Each row shows where the plan is and whether it needs someone.

The Clients list with three clients in flight and two finished

Open the list

  1. Select Clients in the left rail.

  2. Read the line under the heading. It counts how many onboardings are in flight, wrapped and canceled.

  3. Select a client’s name to open it.

Home shows only the clients in flight. Clients keeps the finished ones too.

Filter the list

The chips above the list filter it. Each chip shows how many it holds.

  • All shows every onboarding.

  • In flight shows the ones still running.

  • Wrapped shows the ones closed with a wrap-up report.

  • Canceled shows the ones that were canceled.

The list has no search box and no sort. Clients in flight come first, the ones that need someone at the top. Finished clients follow under Finished.

What each row shows

  • The client’s name and initials.

  • A bar and the day of the plan, such as day 12 of 30. A client that has not started says starts in 5 days.

  • The lead engineer, the outgoing provider and how many tasks are done, such as 26 of 55 tasks.

  • A status word on the right.

  • Four links. Plan, Credentials, People and Portal open those tabs of the client.

A finished client shows the dates it ran instead of the bar.

Status words

Each client has one status word. Debut works it out from the tasks, the credentials and the dates every time the page loads.

  • On schedule means nothing is late.

  • Kickoff with a day, or Kickoff today, means the plan has not started yet.

  • Wraps with a day, or Wraps today, means the wrap-up date is less than a week away.

  • 3 behind means three open tasks are past their due date.

  • Blocked 2d means a task has been blocked for two days.

  • Lockout 2d over means the lockout date passed and the old provider still holds credentials.

  • 4d over means the plan is past its wrap-up date.

  • Not started means the onboarding has no kickoff date yet.

  • Wrapped with a date, or Canceled, means it has ended.

Rows that are behind or past a date get a colored edge on the left.

Engineers set to see only the clients they are on see only those clients here. An owner or admin sets this on the member’s page in Settings › Team.
