The Plan tab holds every phase and task of the onboarding. Tick tasks as you finish them, and change the plan as the client needs.
Read the plan
The strip at the top shows each phase. A tick marks a finished phase, and color shows how far each one is.
The large card shows the next task to do, with the phase and its place, such as Handover · 9/9.
Below it, every phase is listed in order. The phase in motion is open, and the rest are folded.
A folded phase shows its count and days, such as 8 of 9 · days 2–12.
Tick a task
Select the circle beside a task. The task is crossed out and moves to the foot of its phase.
Or select Mark done on the large card to tick the task it names.
Select the tick again to reopen a task you ticked by mistake.
Anyone on the team except Read only members can tick tasks. A task ticked by a connected tool says Ticked itself and cannot be reopened by hand. Every tick goes on the Audit record.
Change a due date
Select the date on the right of an open task.
Pick the new day.
Select Set.
A task cannot be moved before the kickoff or more than a year after it. To move the whole plan, change the kickoff on the Setup tab and select Move the plan. Every open task and the wrap-up date move with it.
Edit a task or a phase
Owners and admins can change a task’s name, the note under it and whether the client sees it. The change is for this client only, and the template is not touched.
Select the pencil at the end of a task.
Change Task or Note under it.
Tick or untick The client sees this task on their portal, by this name.
Select Save.
To edit a phase, select Edit phase at the top of the open phase. You can change its name, What the client sees it called, and whether the client sees it.
Revise the plan with AI
Revising with AI comes with Practice and Firm. Read only members cannot use it.
Type what to change in Revise the plan under the phases, such as “tighten to 21 days”.
Select Propose changes.
Read each proposed change. Untick any you do not want.
Select Apply the ticked changes, or Discard.
Nothing moves until you apply. Each change is checked again against the plan as it stands then. Debut never removes work on its own.
A pill reading client sees this marks a task the client can see. The project contact sees those tasks on their portal under What happened and What’s next, and each phase they can see by its client name under The plan, in plain terms.
What other people at the client see
Everyone else at the client sees only their own steps, such as booking their session. They do not see the plan.
